The Rev. Norman Ramsey is the pastor of South Hill United Methodist Church in South Hill, VA. He has served in churches in NC, KY, TN, and VA and has ministered throughout the southeast as an evangelist and concert performer. Norman has also preached and ministered in Brazil and Kenya.
He has recorded three music projects: Near to the Heart of God, Apprentice, and The Colors of Grace. He is also the author of a soon-to-be-published book, Moving at the Speed of Grace. NY Times Bestselling author and syndicated radio and Fox Business host Dave Ramsey described Norman's ministry as "terrific". "His mix of wisdom, humor, and song really had an impact."

In June of 1998, Reverend Keith Boyette was called to be the founding pastor of a new church to be planted in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. From June of 1998 through February 1999, Rev. Boyette assembled a launch team and prepared them for the first public service of Wilderness Community Church. Wilderness Community Church held its first Celebration Service on February 28, 1999. Since its inception, Rev. Boyette h has focused on introducing people to Jesus Christ, encouraging them to develop a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus, and helping them become fully devoted followers of Jesus. He is strongly committed to the reality that every follower of Christ is a minister and he devotes a considerable amount of his time to equipping members of our church family.

Dr. Maxie Dunnam, has been a minister in the United Methodist Church since 1955, when at the age of 21, he organized Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. In the next several years, he served three more congregations, before becoming Director of the Fellowship Department and then World Editor of The Upper Room, the well-known United Methodist publication. In 1982, Dr. Dunnam returned to parish ministry as Senior Minister of Christ United Methodist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. Then, in 1994, he was elected president of Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. Maxie Dunnam is the author of several dozen books and is widely recognized as an evangelist and a pioneer in small group ministries

Rev. Tom Berlin is the Senior Pastor of Floris United Methodist Church. Tom was raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and has lived in Virginia most of his life. He attended Virginia Tech and received a B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech with a major in Public Administration. His Master’s of Divinity is from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. He is married to Karen and they have four daughters.
Tom began working at Floris in 1997. As Lead Pastor of the Church, Tom’s main responsibilities are to provide spiritual leadership to the congregation and staff of Floris United Methodist Church. He leads worship, preaches, shares the sacraments and enjoys teaching. Tom works with the Church Council to discern and cast the vision for the church and leads the staff to create ministry strategies.
